Palms Associates LLC has a fully integrated, in-house design- build team of multi-family development and general contracting professionals. The development team provides the dynamic and entrepreneurial character to Palms. The team’s primary focus is on the creation of future value through the acquisition of land, land entitlement, development and construction of multi-family rental communities. The Palms development team is currently pursuing multi-family locations in the state of Virginia, North and South Carolina, and Georgia.
