Palms Associates has a fully integrated, in-house design build team of multi-family development and general contracting professionals. Lead by Kevin Tucker, the development team provides the dynamic and entrepreneurial character to Palms Associates. The team’s primary focus is on the creation of future value through the acquisition of land, land entitlement, development and the construction of multi-family rental communities.
